Our Peru single-origin roast embodies the best of Peruvian coffee, renowned for its smooth flavor and gentle, balanced acidity. From the first sip, it offers a silky mouthfeel and vibrant yet refined character, culminating in a clean, satisfying finish. Savor rich notes of milk chocolate and toasted nuts, enlivened by bright citrus highlights and delicate floral hints—all in harmonious balance that’s both complex and approachable.
Peru produces high-quality Arabica coffee, primarily in its northern and central mountainous regions. The standout growing areas—Cajamarca, San Martin, and Amazonas—are known for coffees with medium to high acidity, floral and fruity brightness, and a signature chocolatey finish. These beans are grown between 1,200 and 2,200 meters above sea level in the cool Andes air, which helps develop their depth and clarity.
Roasted in-house by Gypsy Souls, this coffee is perfect for pour overs, drip machines, or however you brew your ritual.
