Refund & Return Policy
At Gypsy Souls Coffee, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee that brings joy to your daily ritual. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Coffee Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on bags. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund you must provide proof of purchase (order number)
Merchandise Returns (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)
Non-perishable items like merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
To start a return, email us at gypsybeanscoffeeroasters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
