Our organic Mexico Chiapas Turquesa grows under the blue skies of the Chiapas region in Mexico, which gives it its nickname, turquoise! This coffee has a full and chocolate aroma, with a medium body, light sweet acidity, and a hint of milk-chocolate, caramel, citrus orange, and nutty notes.

It has a growing altitude of 900 to 1,100 meters above sea level, is harvested from December to march, and is fully washed and patio dried. Its Arabica varietals are Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí.
