Cup characteristics: Our Costa Rica Tarrazú is a medium roast with a good body, high acidity, excellent aroma, powerful & rich flavor, and chocolate notes.

Growing Details: These beans are grown at an altitude of 4,200 to 5,900 ft above sea level, and is harvested in the months of January through March.  It is a mix of the Caturra and Catuaí Arabica variety. Its milling process is washed arabica and is drum dried!
