From the lush Valley of Laboyas in southern Huila, this Colombia Pitalito Supremo coffee is grown at the foot of the Andes in rich volcanic soil. Grown at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,800 meters above sea level, this coffee is washed and sun dried during its harvested period of October through February. It is the Arabica varietals of Caturra and Castillo.

This coffee has high acidity, a medium body, a caramel aroma, with sweet stone fruit and caramel flavors. It is a testament to Colombia’s reputation as the world’s top producer of washed Arabica.
