This bean is a fully traceable version of the Brazilian Oberon. It has a bright citric acidity, creamy body, and sweet flavors of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Some describe it to also have a peanut buttery, fruity flavor!

It is grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil at about 800 to 1,300 meters above sea level. Its Arabica variety is Catuaí amarelo IAC-92, and has a completely natural milling process. It is harvested from May to September.
